Their next big mission, Operation Jubilee, was a test of the defences of the port of Dieppe on 19 August 1942. Around 5,000 men of the Canadian 2nd Division were joined by 1,075 British commandos, with naval and air support. With chapters on the 1907 TT, many stories about the pioneer record breakers at Brooklands and all of the author's archive material, 95 % of which has previously been unpublished.
