About this deal

Unfortunately, his other persona emerges once more, and he punches his enemy, causing Batman to let him go. The result is a jumble of small arcs and one-offs that aren’t brought together for any thematic purpose. Anyway, I’ll keep an eye out for this new collection, as it’s been years since I read/owned those Batman issues. My script made it clear that the joke was that they were identical, just a line-up of Marcel Marseau’s.

This is the first time we get to see these two interact and their clash of personalities is very well written by Starlin.

I'm talking like Batman taking a street hood kid under his wing and thinking he can tame the young guy. Revisit the stories first printed in 1987 with this fantastic hardback volume 109 - Batman: Second Chances (part 1) from DC Comics Graphic Novel Collection!

Finance is provided by PayPal Credit (a trading name of PayPal UK Ltd, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond-Upon-Thames, Surrey, United Kingdom, TW9 1EH). While not only about Jason Todd and his becoming the second Robin, this was a collection full of second chances. It was clear that DC editorial wasn’t as sure what they wanted to do with Batman post-Crisis as with Superman and Wonder Woman. It has a lot of humor and heart, and makes Batman relatable which almost no other story in this volume does. This story took a look at a crime in which the victim was someone Batman knew and how his emotions blinded him.His TV tie-in work includes novels based on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, NYPD Blue, Dark Angel and Bones. That being said, I can better understand why some fans were upset upon the original introduction of Jason as Robin. But to me, it can't help but be overshadowed by the Clayface Allen Moore story which is also advertised on the issue's cover and, for reasons unknown to me, not contained in this volume. Nowhere near as weighed down by unnecessary romantic conflict like the issues before it and I loved seeing Jason's joy at being Robin. This exciting DC Comics Graphic Novel Collection of hardback books brings together some of the most critical superhero adventures of the modern age, with stories and art by many of DC Comics’ greatest creators.
